The City of Huntington Park on behalf of the Business Improvement District (BID) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified advertising agencies, marketing and promotions consultants and/or Public Relations Firms for the coordination of the 3rd Annual Children’s Fair Event in conjunction with the Huntington Park Woman’s Club Three Kings procession scheduled for January 6, 2010. The event coordinator will provide and secure live entertainment, filming, staging, lighting, sound system, booths, talent, sponsorship and event logistics. The filing deadline for submittal of the RFP is 5:00 p.m. on July 20, 2009 (Monday).
